Studio Unit with Balcony at Centrio Towers beside Ayala Mall Downtown CDO

I liked how the property was near Centrio and SM Downtown. The host was accomodating and approachable. I liked how the bed and the pillows were soft and that there was a futon bed that you can pull out under the bed for if you have friends or family over. There are appliances, utensils, and dishes available to use in the kitchenette which is really good. I also liked how there was a tub and tabo in the bathroom. The TV was great and free netflix was also good. Would highly recommend this place, 9/10

When I got into the unit the first day, there was a few fruit flies already flying around even though there was no fruits or food around. I have encountered a few little cockroaches from the bathroom and sometimes in the kitchen. I think it is a common issue in Centrio Towers though as there are signs/ads in the elevators on to call if there are any insect sightings, so that is understandable. Also, I wish the fridge was just a bit bigger as it will be beneficial for people like me who would stay for a couple weeks because I would like to fit a bit more food and drinks in the fridge. Otherwise, a great place to stay whether just for a few days or a few weeks.

Our stay at this place was remarkably fun. The owner made the studio a cozy place to stay. It was smart to have the induction stove and microwave. She had proper bowls and mugs and those small things were very useful to us especially that we liked having soup and drinking tea a lot.. The balcony was also a plus factor for us espeically that we needed a place to hang our wetsuits and dive gear. We would be delighted to stay at this place again in our next visit.

We had observed fruit flies when we got there in the evening. We didn't know where it came from since we didn't have any fruits with us.. We saw 1 cockroach. However, these are small issues which can be solved by spraying to get rid of them. The owner also have air freshener in both the main room and toilet. We didn't mind this until it's time to sleep that it disrupts our smell and breathing. In the morning, the smell was not overpowering so it was fine but there were more flies flying around.
