About this apartment rental
This stylish newly built hotel/studio has beautiful amenities such a as a cozy pool, hot tub and a gym with everything you need. It's across the street from Bayside and just minutes from Brickle and all the dining you can imagine. All other Miami attractions such as the beaches, shopping and the Wynwood art district are 15 minutes away! Catch the Metromover right next! door

The property is extremely clean and in a convenient location. The host is very friendly and helped with all the questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

The place was nice, Technology took some getting used to. The elevators didn't always register the first time, but staff was there to help. There are some obstructed views of the ocean, but you still have some nice views. We didn't go to the beach so I am not sure if this is a good location for the beach, but it is super close to the arena and the docks for the cruise ships. The market area is close and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We didn't get to use the pool, but we checked out the gym and pool area and it was nice.
The unit does not have a microwave, but it has an air fryer and a stove/oven with pots and pans so reheating some of our food was easy. For coffee drinkers, there was a kurig in there with a couple pods for our stay.
We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Miami. We enjoyed our short visit more than we thought we would due to the lcoation of this unit.
