Located in Fairway Estates, comfortable home on corner lot, located within walking distance from Association Clubhouse with pool and jacuzzi. Approx. 1800 Sq ft of living space. Pet friendly home is available for minimum 2-month long durations. Wifi in home, there's a desk to enable working from home. Work during the day, and play evenings and weekends! Located 2 mile from Avi Casino and 14 miles from Lake Mohave, Katherine Landing.

The home and neighborhood were great. Loved the ice cream snacks in the freezer. Just enough room for our pets to run in the back yard. The property owners were wonderful. They even mailed back a couple things we left behind! Very honest and caring people. Will definitely stay at this home again. It was a perfect stay.
