About this house rental
Located in the Huukan Golf Course neighborhood, this home has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Large backyard with gated side yard to park River or Sand Toys. Close to Avi Casino, Colorado River, Lake Mohave and Laughlin Casinos. Short drive to off-road trails, hiking, rock climbing and hunting. Play all day then relax at night with some s'mores in the backyard fire pit.
The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed sleeping 2 with private spacious bathroom with double vanities and walk-in closet. 2nd guest room has a queen bed sleeping 2. 3rd guest room has 1 Bunk bed for the kids consisting of a twin over full and a pull-out twin trundle bed sleeping 3-4. A pack and play is available for those with infants/toddlers.
The garage is NOT available for use. Owner has door to garage secured so there is no access from inside the house to the garage or from the garage to inside the house.
In the evenings, enjoy the backyard with covered patio, table and Blackstone flat top grill. There are 2 movable patio umbrellas to use during the hot summer days and a fire pit for those cool winter nights.
Minutes from grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants but far enough away to get some peace and quiet during your vacation. Perfect home for your water toys in the summer and off-road vehicles in the winter.
It is a VERY quiet and safe, community. Quite time in backyard is 10 pm by AZ law and is strictly enforced in this neighborhood. Absolutely no large parties or gatherings are allowed. No guests beyond the ones in your reservation, additional guests must be approved.
Available for long and short term bookings. Bookings over 30 days require a separate rental agreement. Please send an inquiry for long term pricing.
Special Features: Smart TV's in living room and guest bedrooms, each having apps including Netflix, Hulu, and Disney +. There is NO cable television. Fully equipped kitchen (Utensils, toaster oven, coffee maker, pots & pans, etc). Extra linens, pillows and blankets.
All children must be supervised by an adult while using pool or pool area. All pool towels must remain on property. No unauthorized guests for swimming pool use. NO GLASS near the pool area.
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. Guests are requested to pull trash can to the curb and back on trash pickup days (Tuesday’s and Friday’s truck comes early)
Pets are allowed. 1 dog or cat only. Additional fee of $25.00 per stay. $500.00 cleaning fee if you bring any undeclared animals. Must pick up after pet.
NO EVENTS! NO PARTIES! You will be removed from property.
NO SMOKING INSIDE HOUSE! Smoking permitted outside only. Guest to clean up any ash and butts. If house smells from smoking, additional cleaning fee will be applied up to max of $500.00
Any damage to pool or pool equipment will result in guests being charged for all repair charges to include drainage/filling of pool, if needed.
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property has 3 exterior security cameras, located at the driveway area, front door and pool area. All cameras are outward facing. Any altering of the security cameras will result in fines.

Everything was clean and ready for us to have a wonderful vacation. The only issue was with the pool heater and it was completely unavoidable and unexpected. The host, Amy, had pool people out immediately to try and resolve the issue but a curcuit board had shorted out and there was not enough time to get replacement parts. Amy was amazing with how much she tried to help remotely and she made it right with me which is why Im still giving full 5 stars for everything. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!!! Amy is the type of host I would want for any future rentals.

I could not have asked for a more perfect property! Very clean, great neighborhood and close to restaurants, grocery stores, Starbucks and walmart. The pool is amazing. The homeowner had very detailed instructions for its use. The best part of the home were the beds and pillows. Very comfy!Thank you Amy for a wonder stay.
