Summary:
Have fun with the whole family at this stylish modern brand new construction that was completed July 1st, 2022. Take advantage of the amazing location of this home which is a short 2 minute walk to the Carinthia Base Lodge! Enjoy amazing sunsets of Mount Snow from the comfort the living room through the bay western facing front windows or on the wrap around deck. Every detail in this home has been carefully thought out to give you an amazing experience.
The Space:
While this property is pet friendly, your pet must be hypoallergenic to stay at the home.
The Neighborhood:
Across the street from the Carinthia Base Lodge on a small cul de sac with 3 other newly constructed homes.
Other Things to Note:
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you concurrently agree to all terms of the rental agreement upon arrival at the Property grounds.
-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions.
-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.
-We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy. We recommend that you explore traveler's insurance as a means to safeguard your travel plans.
-Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to a limited amount, as specified in your rental contract, for Property damage (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.

Location, Location, Location. If you want easy access in and out of the Carinthia Lodge at Mt. Snow and you need some space - this is a great option.

We had a great stay. We had 4 adults and 5 teenagers and there was plenty of space for everyone. It was super clean and appointed perfectly to accommodate 2 families. Will definitely book this house again.
