What a beautiful house to spend the week on the lake. There was plenty of room for everyone and was equipped with everything we needed to just relax and play in the water. Jennifer was a responsive and gracious host. Our family really enjoyed the easy access to the water and the provided water toys ( lily pad, kayaks and paddle board.) I would definitely recommend this house to anyone and will stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Beaver Lake! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful as well as the lake. The kayaks, paddle board and lilly pad was loved by everyone in our group, especially the kiddos! The house was comfortable and we had plenty of room for everyone. Planning another trip to the area soon!

We had an amazing family gathering for our daughter’s wedding in northwest Arkansas. The family loved the house and access to Fayetteville, Rogers, and Bentonville. Jennifer is a fantastic host and provided a fun list of local activities and places to visit.

This property had everything you could ask for including beach, dock access (not overnight), backed into a beautiful cove. The house was clean and spacious and the host was friendly and very helpful! Thank you for the hospitality!

Overall Nice Place to stay with Water Access. Enjoyed a couple days relaxing in the cove on floaties, a couple days boating and day at Sassafras Winery. The Kitchen is well equipped with anything you would need to prepare a meal. The Owners are nice and very prompt at addressing any issues that may arise.

This is an amazing property with amazing owners. The communication was top notch and they were very reactive to our questions and requests. The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances, but I did need a step stool (provided) to use the microwave. The pool table was well used during our stay and we were happy to find all the pieces necessary to play many games. The views off the deck are great of the lake. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

We went to Beaver Lake to celebrate my wife's birthday with our college age kids and their significant others. The house was beautiful and well maintained. The lake was gorgeous and we enjoyed kayaking and paddleboarding. Watching the sunrise while drinking coffee on the patio was heavenly. And it was a full moon while we were there and we had beautiful views of the full moon rising and reflecting on the lake. The host, Jennifer was very responsive when I texted with a question. Thank you Jennifer for making our family birthday celebration so special.

We had a wonderful time. The home was very clean and comfortable to stay in. We loved that it was just a few steps from the lake. We were able to walk right down to the boat we rented. Definitely needs some work on the outdoor stairs and handrails.

I can’t say enough about the property host!!! Always on top of it! The house is amazing! Pretty much has everything you would ever need and more!!! My son in law is 6’6 and still able to maneuver the winding staircase! So much space, and ways to separate for quite time too. The location on the lake was so awesome for the grandkids!! They felt safe in the cove and had a blast! The float pad and the kayaks were so much fun to use! I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!💖💖

We enjoyed a fun-filled weekend with our family, without ever leaving the property. The house had plenty of space to accommodate 7 adults and a 1 year old. Our adult "children" used the two kayaks and paddle board provided, plus two kayaks we brought. and had a kayak adventure! The lily pad made it easy to spend time in the lake relaxing. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed - maybe the best equipped kitchen of any VRBO we have stayed in! Jennifer answered all of our questions prior to the stay as we prepared for a trip with a 1 year old.

This lake home is beautiful, roomy, and the views and swim cove could not have been more perfect. It is a perfect getaway! The cove was mostly private with just a handful of neighbors passing through, and it was very quiet. Just a couple of tips: Bring your chackos or some type of swim shoe, as the beach is very rocky but with those on is perfect! Be prepared for a steep driveway, we fit a car in the garage, one in the driveway. There was also a steep drive on the other side with a landing we could park on. A truck would be best suited to park on this side as there is a little bump at the top that a truck would more easily get over. We brought corn hole for yard games and just had an amazing time! Jennifer is great to work with; she responds quickly and is very professional.

We usually go to the beach for our vacations, but we saw this property and decided to give it a chance. It was magical! Everything was wonderful, and the owner was fantastic. The pictures don’t do justice to how beautiful it is. Between the kayaks, paddle board, giant lily pad, and all the extras in the house, it made for a perfect vacation! We hope to be back!

This house has a great deck with amazing views. Probably as close to the water as you can get. Its a pretty gentle slope with a walkway that is probably halfway to the water (depending on lake level). Very enjoyable stay

Our family had a blast on this trip. The house was fantastic and so close to the water. The beach is mostly rocks so I’d suggest bringing water socks. The lake is beautiful and so clean. I would definitely suggest Jennifer’s house to all friends and family.

By far the best rental hosts I have come across. Super responsive, and willing to go the extra mile. The pool table and being right on the water was exactly what my group and I needed for our memorial weekend. Great location to both marinas for us to take the boats out. Although most might not consider renting a lake house at the end of winter, it could not have been better. Our grandchildren were able to fish a bit, we bundled up and enjoyed the sun on the deck, played pool, did puzzles, and ventured into Rogers, Eureka Springs & Bentonville. It was the perfect getaway for our family. We’ll be back to enjoy warmer months on the kayaks!
