This spacious and cozy family friendly VILLA is located on 2.3 private acres in the heart of Pocono Mountains , about 12 minutes to downtown Stroudsburg and only 90 minutes to New York city.

*Note: Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras, at the front door and backyard. They do not look into interior spaces. We also won't check the outdoor cameras unless there are alarms.
HOT TUB ( 6 person ) there are 3 modes : sleep mode , standard mode and eco mode . You can change the mode by pressing the button "temperature" then button " light " . standard mode should be on for fast heating , ST mode is right after SLEEP MODE .
1. The hot tub will be working properly (reaching maximum 104F) when the air temperature is greater than 50℉/10 ℃. )
2. Please note that the hot tub usually needs 10jours heating time before your use. Increase 2℉ takes 1 hr. Please schedule ahead if you want to use it during your stay.
3. The Hot Tub has a safety shut-off feature which will turn off the heating if the set temperature is not reached with 72hours. This may occur in cold external conditions. In that case, guests need to re-start the heating.
4. Please set the temperature to 92F when not in use.

Our stay was for a milestone birthday for many family members. House is certainly large enough for movement, privacy & comfort. A lot of options in this house no matter what your wanting to do. The outside is perfect with many accomodations you may want or need. The porch was so quaint & comfortable. The pool is much larger than photos! Plenty of room on deck & hot tub. So many areas to do what you wish.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, the property upkeep needed attention. Not as pristine as in the photos. Would not recommend this property during the HOT summer months. A/C was not working day of arrival but was repaired the next day. But before we left, we had very hot days where the 2nd level was not comfortably cooled. Some members of our group opted to sleep on the first level because it was so hot in the bedrooms. Our suggestion for the management would be to locate supplies for guests in the rooms where guests would use them. (i.e. wash cloths and extra towels were hidden in the 1st floor hall closet - nowhere near the bathrooms. We had to search for them.) & things like pool supplies & fly swatters should not be stored in the kitchen pantry where guests food would be stored. General home maintenance seemed to be lacking. Small improvements would make a big difference in how the property would be viewed. Exercise equipment needs to be maintained. Treadmill pretty much unusable. A few spaces were too cluttered - porch & game rooms. It's nice to have many amenities but too crowded to enjoy in some cases. On the positive side - the hot tub, the pool & the deck outside were very nice. The firepit was a nice amenity but the chairs were nasty.
