My friends and I (four married couples) recently stayed at The Corner at St. Lukes and we were wowed by how incredibly unique and gorgeous the property was. Log cabin-ey Poconos homes and converted new construction homes are a dime a dozen in that area; however, what drew us to this property was that it was a converted old church. The owners did a fantastic job with all of the new finishings and the stained glass windows are a wonderful touch. The house even had Christmas decorations up, which made it feel like a postcard. In addition to the property's uniqueness, the space is super well designed with a large central hangout area on the main floor with massive table, ample seating options, a gas fireplace, a chef's kitchen with a double oven, two sinks, and two dishwashers. Downstairs, there's a large game room with pool, shuffleboard, poker table, and theatre area. The downstairs was quite larger in person than the photos depicted. One challenge with Poconos' houses are having enough bathrooms and this property had six full bathrooms, which is (and I'm understating) a massive convenience for group trips. The property is less than 20 minutes from multiple wineries (Blue Ridge: top 13 in the country by Travel & Leisure and recommended), and Stroudsburg which has a nice main street with restaurants/bars. It's also within 30 minutes from Camelback and Blue Mountain. Even though there was so much to do nearby, it was tough leaving the house as the central room was so incredibly cozy and lent itself masterfully to group cooking, movies, games, etc. The long weekend reminded us of an extended snow day with friends. The owner's Ross and his wife Valerie were very accommodating and had plenty of local recommendations. Overall it was a fantastic experience and we would come back without question!

Excellent vacation home. Elegantly furnished. Very nice baths and kitchen. Convenient to ABE airport, Jim Thorpe and Lehigh Valley. We even conveniently ubered one day to NYC and back. Two of 8 in our family have limited mobility and did well in first floor of the home. However, the home would be inconvenient for more than 2 with mobility issues.

Absolutely AMAZING!!!! We celebrated our end of summer family vacation at St Lukes B & B for 5 day and wish weI could have stayed another 2 weeks. The house is incredible!!! The rooms were amazing with so many options for the 10 of us to decide in which room we would sleep. LOVED the Jade room at the top of the house with private balcony overlooking the lake. The main hall was over the top gourgous letting us enjoy an aperitif, set the beautiful table which sat 10 and playing the piano while watching the chefs create and play in what we called the dueling kitchen. We're in the restaurant business and the kitchen was stocked equally as well as my kitchen which serves 200pp. Felt Blessed!! Every night was game night!!! OMG even my parents stayed out to 1am planning pool, poker, blackjack and shuffleboard in the game room. The wrap around deck was our go to lunch spot with the convenience of being attached to the kitchen and the view of 3 lakes. We also enjoyed the outdoor corn hole, ping pong and making s'mores at the fire pit!! Also included was a canoe and peddle boat which we used on the lake and actually caught a few fish each day.Valeri and Ross were amazing and their attention to detail surpasses many!!! Thank you for a wonderful week!!! Will be booking again!!!!Cheers Shelly
