The house is a triplex and this is the combination of two separate guest suites - Unit B and unit C, located inside of the driveway gate, at the west wing of the building.

The space
You will own 2 seperated guest suites - unit B and unit C.
Unit B: 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, storage and laundry room, with NO kitchen, but there are brand new GE Microwave Oven, 7 in 1 Multi-Functional Air-Fryer, refrigerator and all necessary tableware for your convenience. Full/futon loft bed is a great place to give your child an ultra-cool sleeping space.
Unit C: 1 bedroom with king size bed, 1 bathroom, living area, new fully equipped kitchen and Large back yard with patio, seating and table, and outdoor kitchen with BBQ, opportunities for recreation.
Comfortable mattress and chaise lounge gives you fully relax and wonderful sleep!
It has designated parking area - inside of the driveway gate, in front of the carport.
Guest access
Enter the driveway gate at the west wing of the building, through carport you will find the separate entrance doors for unit B and unit C: the door faced to west is Unit B and a double door faced to south is UNIT C.
Access the units with the codes sent to you before you check in.
