I booked this location for a weekend. I had a couple issues upon check in, but the receptionist Shae was very accommodating. She helped to resolve the issue and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I was treated as a member of the family. I'll definitely return in the future.

The place smelled amazing right when you walk in the door. The staff were very welcoming. The rooms were clean. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Don't oot for the breakfast. You are paying 25 USD per person for nothing. The staff at the reception doesn't know customer service. Instead of being apologetic for their poor customer services she is even proud of her unusual behavior. The elevator is weird and unusually with a very liw response time. The shower hear is not adjustable and there seem to be no water pressure
