Home was better than the pictures! Check in was very smooth. Kitchen was well stocked. Steve was very quick to answer questions. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great option for families! We had 11 in our group (4 adults and 6 kids age 12-22), and we all fit well with space for "breaks" as needed. Amazing location with beautiful views. Great hiking and activities nearby. The communication with the owner was wonderful.

First off we arrived at the home and if it wasn’t for me renting a suv good luck getting up the washed out driveway. Secondly the company sent email saying here’s your door code. The door doesn’t work you have to go to a little box and get the key that isn’t told in the email. The email specifically states door code.
Secondly the master is on the top floor, the door is a barn door and they did not make anyway to latch it, so if you have little ones crawling don’t plan on taking a shower or getting ready without watching them like a hawk. Also the house is full of potential breakables.
Third and final was the windows, they apparently decided only certain windows needed screens on them. So you could not open the windows without worrying about one of your kids climbing or falling out of them. I already watch my kids like hawks but accidents can happen.
I contacted the property manager that we would not be staying and got a reply of ok I’ll pass it to the owners. Did not try in any sort of way to see if we could find a new home to stay in or anything. Before people start I wasn’t asking for free accommodations but thought might be like well I can get you in this place for this much. But no went from a beautiful looking home with an amazing view to hotels in Colorado Springs. This listing was through a company I used called evolve I have stayed in a listing previously in Wyoming which was amazing. This house is just not kid friendly or car friendly. Not satisfied at all.
