Mario que nós recebeu, super bem, alem das expectativas, ficando de prontidão sempre! Apartamento bem estruturado, com todos eletrodomésticos, geladeira grande, fogão, armários, área de lavanderia com tanque e varal. Ventiladores de teto em todos cômodos. Vaga garagem com portão eletrônico.
Poderia ter uma internet Wi-Fi, e ar condicionado sem ruído
