Accomodation is nice. Hosts are hospitable and helpful. When we arrived, we had: water, bread, honey, butter and olive oil in the kitchen. On our departure, hosts gave us a gift, a honey and oregano. Hosts timely replied to our questions via Viber. We appreciate the host's good will and efforts to make guests feel welcome. We would gladly come back. This is a great place for a peaceful vacation. Suitable for families with young children. On the beach, the sea is clean and shallow water has a very long path. It is not crowded, not even on the weekends. There are a few restaurants and a shop along the promenade. The weather was ideal with temperatures around 31°C. During the night time, temperatures were moderate and we didn't need the air conditioner.

We would highlight that the instructions for finding the accommodation location should be sent via Viber long before the guests arrive. This is important as guests don't have WiFi before the check-in. It is really difficult to find accommodation without additional instructions, as it is not visible from the road. We have seen many people struggling to find off-road accommodations such as this one, so pay attention that your arrival should be during the day. The water pressure was very low. Very often, we couldn't take a proper shower. Also the drain plug in the shower was clogged and the water stays a long time in the shower. If you would like to go out for a walk in the evening, the path to the beach promenade is completely dark. If you need a doctor or pharmacy, you should go to Sarti. Read Greek newspaper online before arrival, to check the weather/fire risks: www.halkidikinews.gr. As a part of the fire prevention, there was a 3 day long traffic ban for all vehicles before we came here. We were lucky to avoid it, as the vehicles on the road traveling during this ban, would be charged 300eu for breaking the rules.

The house is lovely. Many nice details. It is quite small for four people, I would recommend it for two persons. The area is very calm and nice, especially for people who like peace. We liked the large beach nearby, which is not crowded at all. There is a big terrace with two tables and nice view on mountains. The beds are comfortable.

We did not like the bathroom. We had problems with water pressure and toilet flush.

The house is a 4 minute walk from the beach, away from busy roads, in a very peaceful location. The hosts were very accomodating, they even provided several trays of water for the start and also a couple of goodies. Also they offered to exchange the linnen and provide additional towels if needed towards the middle of the stay. The double bed and the sleeping sofa are both very comfortable. The house also had WIFI, even if it was not in the description.

There could be more places in the house to place onces things, a clothes hanger or a night stand in the beedroom, also a bedside lamp. The bathroom is very small, but it is because it was retroactively built into the older house.
