Great chalet and owner, but the receptionist's behavior was unacceptable

In terms of facilities, cleanliness, and location, the house was awesome. I would recommend staying at least 2–3 days to fully enjoy the nearby attractions and the house itself—it’s a great experience. Unfortunately, I couldn’t stay longer than one day. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to messages.

"The behavior of the receptionist upon our arrival was unacceptable. We arrived late due to a serious issue and had informed the landlord well in advance. The landlord had already explained where to find the keys. However, the receptionist was extremely rude. We called and politely requested access to the campus and asked him to open the barrier since the outside parking was full. Instead of assisting us, he came to the barrier shouting, dressed only in his underwear, and used many offensive words. He told us to 'get lost' outright. If the policy does not allow entry or barrier access after 11:00 PM, that’s understandable—but such unprofessional, aggressive, and disrespectful behavior is completely unfair. Given that we were dealing with a serious issue and were accompanied by our wives, we never expected such vulgar, bullish, and degrading treatment—especially from someone in the Netherlands, where people are usually known for their professionalism. The entire situation was absurd and humiliating."

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in een geweldig chalet op een heerlijk park.

Het was een heerlijk chalet op een rustig park nabij de zee. Alles was aanwezig , incl een wasmachine.

Ik kan niets bedenken .

Unser Aufenthalt war trotzdem wunderschön, weil wir die Umgebung so sehr lieben. Ich habe selbst einige Dinge gesäubert

Die Lage!!! Der Wohn-Essbereich Küche okay

Es war nicht richtig sauber. Unterm Bett!!!!! Dusche!!! Spinnweben in den Ecken!! Das Schlafzimmer ist so klein, dass zwei Füße nicht zusammen vorm Bett stehen können ! Die Außenanlage lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein!

Empfehlungswertes Chalet in Superlage zum Strand

Die Lage ist fantastisch!!! Wir waren in der 1.Maiwoche im Chalet und zu der Zeit war es sehr ruhig dort. Das Chalet ist für 2 Personen optimal, gut ausgestattet, das Doppelbett sehr bequem. Das 2. Schlafzimmer würden wir nur für kleine Kinder empfehlen.

Die Dusche ist recht eng und es fehlt eine Ablagemöglichkeit für Duschmittel oä Ab Nachmittag heizt sich das Chalet sehr auf, was Anfang Mai noch kein Problem war. Aber im Sommer .....??
