Brak drugiego kompletu kluczy - wszyscy muszą wychodzić w jednym czasie bo trzeba mieć taki dongle aby otwierać wejścia. To ogromny minus.
Apartament ładny ale należałoby pousuwać istniejące usterki a nie czekac np. odklejone sztukaterie przy sufitach, sprawdzenie odpływu w prysznicu - woda nie odpływa dobrze i niestety robi sie "powódź".
Worki na śmieci bardzo słabej jakości.
Wypoczynek na tarasie tez wymaga albo odświeżenia albo wymiany - jak na taki standard apartamentowca korodujący wypoczynek nie wygląda dobrze. Taras nie wysprzątany dobrze.
Zastaliśmy na nim brudne ręczniki na suszarce chyba po poprzednich lokatorach.

1. it takes forever to fill out the form for the check in
2. payment is to complicated - why dont you have app payment like googlepay or applepay
3. to get the key and to give it back you have to drive 30 min to another village
4. the service via whatsapp is good idea, but why do they amswer in polish all the time, if you write them in english?
5. the text in the check in come sometimes in polish - we had to ask polish people to help us with the check im website
6. we registered 2 adults and a Baby - but they gave us only 2 towelsets
7. the pictures in booking.com are wrong. the have the pictures of all appartments - we thought we booked an allartment with stairs to a rooftop-terrasse with seaview - insted ir was a balcony to the streat and lakeviee
