The interior of the house includes a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, three cozy bedrooms (including one on the mezzanine), a functional bathroom, and two balconies. Guests have access to a parking space, internet access, a barbecue, garden furniture, a travel cot, a washing machine, and a dryer.

The area boasts a beautiful, gently sloping beach, which is especially appreciated by families with children. The beach in Mrzeżyno is wide (average 30 meters) and stretches for approximately 3 kilometers, offering plenty of space for sunbathing, walking, and playing. Pine forests and picturesque dunes surround the house, creating a unique atmosphere and promoting relaxation in the lap of nature.

Important tourist attractions in Mrzeżyno include: a seaport, the mouth of the Rega River into the Baltic Sea and a monument to Poland's wedding to the sea, a symbol of history.
