The location was great! View was beautiful. We had nice rooms.
The elevator, only one working for a 23 unit facility. There was no notice from the Southern Rentals Company. No official response given about the issue; heard from other guests and condo owners. Never saw any elevator repair workers. There was a young man there working the elevator with a key at times our stay. The elevator license expired August 2024. I have health issues, my mother has health issues. There was anxiety about the wait, possibly getting stuck on the elevator. I suggest Booking.com inquire about facilities before marketing condos to guests. Note to guests… please contact the facility and ask about whether their elevator is working. We literally spent hours, collectively, over three days waiting on the elevator. Unacceptable.
