The location was great and had plenty of space.
Second floor air-conditioning was inoperative immediately after entering the property. The thermostat would not come on as in no power. It was fixed in a timely manner which was appreciated. Two dead roaches found in den/television room first floor. Toilet seat in first floor bathroom just dangling (partially installed), showers in 3 upstairs bathrooms didn’t appear to have any mechanism to operate shower. Water came on and was adjustable to desired temperature but couldn’t turn the actual shower on.

Very spacious and clean!! Comfortable beds and a pool right outside our door!! Less than 2 blocks from the beach too!

Location was great
Needs maintenance!!!! Grill is so old and hasn't been cleaned unable to use it. Many of the bed frames are broken or breaking. Ceiling fans are unusable and loose. The garbage disposal had a washcloth stuck in it. The jacuzzi tub wouldn't turn on and the drain plug is broken. Most of the cookware supplies were unsafe to even use. Couches were very dirty.
