Location
Couldn’t get the television to work on day 1 but after speaking with someone issue was addressed. On our last day air conditioning went out and was advised that we needed to look for box under bed in master bedroom to change batteries in the thermostat. Thermostat was not located in bedroom and no batteries were in the unit. Do for fortunately had batteries from home and used those but unit had not cooled when we went to bed. They offered to switch units but we declined as it was so late and we would be leaving the following morning and would have to pack everything to move to another unit. In addition to this the television had gone out again and we never got it to come back on do we were without air and television on our last night there.
