The location is a major win. It’s about a 5-minute walk to the beach, and you’re just as close to bars and restaurants, which made everything super convenient. There’s also a 7-Eleven right outside the community, which we used constantly. The pool area is a highlight—perfect temperature, very spacious, and incredibly kid-friendly. My kids loved the slides and the large ship that sprays water. There’s also a jacuzzi area with strong jets, which was a nice bonus. The condo itself is a great size for a family of four, with a large kitchen and dining area that made it feel comfortable for a longer stay. The staff were responsive and helpful. They provided items we requested like a mop and bucket, and even offered a cleaning service during our stay (which we didn’t use since we had our nanny with us). The property is gated with security, which added peace of mind.

The biggest issue is cleanliness. At first glance, everything seems fine, but once you settle in, you start noticing how gritty and grimy things actually are. The condo really needs a deep clean. Baseboards were dusty, and the glossy “marble” walls behind the stove and toilets were visibly greasy. Curtains in almost every room were stained, and the headboards were not only dusty but also stained and had an unpleasant smell. The beds were uncomfortable, lumpy and dented, likely from overuse, and the sofa also had an odor. Small details like rusted tissue holders and the toilet sprayer added to the worn-down feel. Before I could fully relax, I had to clean the space myself. Outside the unit, the hallways had visible scuff marks, and the ground floor near the lifts (by the pool entrance/exit) had a noticeable urine smell, which wasn’t pleasant. Also, a heads-up: you can’t bring snacks or juice into the pool area—only water is allowed.

Der Zustand und und die Vielfalt der Kinderrutschen könnte besser sein. Es stehen in der gesamten Anlage nur ca. 10 Liegen zur Verfügung. Vornehmlich russisches und chinesisches Publikum.
