The Big Guava Retreat has everything you need for an oasis away from home! This home features 3 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms. A spacious living room/ dining room, smart tv's with streaming services ready to go! A fully stocked kitchen.
This backyard features a BBQ grill, pergola, outdoor seating, patio lights and charging ports. A fire pit, crystal clear pool, outdoor dining table, lounge chairs- ultimate vacation!

The space
3 Bedrooms: Our home features three cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully decorated for your comfort. With plenty of space and comfortable bedding, a good night's sleep is guaranteed.
The Twin bedroom offers tons of space, color-changing LED lights around the room, and a smart TV with Netflix and Disney Plus ready to stream. Along with a 3-drawer dresser for storage and a pack-n-play if needed.
The additional queen bedrooms offer two nightstands with drawers and a charging station. Along with bedside lamps for a soft reading light. Both have closets and luggage racks to store your belongings.
2 Bathrooms: Two pristine bathrooms ensure that there's never a morning traffic jam. Fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided for your convenience.
Dining Room: The Large dining room can accommodate 8 people comfortably and is open to the kitchen with easy access to the patio
Private Pool: Escape the Florida heat by taking a refreshing dip in our sparkling private pool. Lounge by the pool with a cool drink in hand, soaking up the Florida sun.
Large Backyard: Our spacious backyard is a paradise for relaxation and outdoor fun. Enjoy the Florida evenings with seating options for everyone and fire up the BBQ grill to sizzle up some delicious meals. Or after a day enjoying all the city has to offer wind down by the firepit.
Pet-Friendly: We know how important furry family members are, so our home welcomes well-behaved pets. There is a fully fenced grassy area in the backyard that is perfect for your pets to run and play.

Wonderful stay! We came in for a girls trip to see a concert at Raymond James Stadium. The house is well taken care of and clean. It is centrally located to many restaurants and shopping. Publix is only a mile up the road (if that) for any grocery store needs! The outside is definitely a tropical oasis, and the pool was wonderful. The host Stephanie was an excellent communicator and was available at anytime if you needed her. Thank you again for having us and for arranging for us to go to the aquarium also! My girls enjoyed their time, we all did!

The place is very comfortable, with a beautiful back yard. It was perfect for my group of 6 to hang out by the pool, chill around the fire pit, or grill some food. Inside it was nice that each room had a TV and everyone said the beds were all very comfortable. The host was very responsive during communication as well. Definitely recommend.

I had a truly delightful experience at the property. It is charming and well-equipped with every imaginable amenity, including toiletries. The spacious layout, complete with a charming backyard and comfortable rooms, made for a pleasant stay.
Although there is no spa on the premises, despite its mention in the property description, this minor discrepancy does not detract from the overall quality of the accommodation.
I highly recommend this property and would gladly return for another enjoyable stay.
