This is a quiet neighborhood, centrally located in South Tampa. Easy and quick access to Gandy Blvd and The Selmon Expressway. 10 minutes from Downtown Tampa.
Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Gandy Blvd, the Selmon Expressway, 275. You are welcome to park in the driveway. Street parking is also allowed.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that all reservations cancelled 14 days prior to check-in will receive a partial refund of 97 percent. Any reservations cancelled within 14 days or less of the check-in date are non-refundable.
-- No smoking inside the house at any point.
-- Only registered guests may be on the premises at any time (6 Max).
-- No more than 4 vehicles at any point, and cars must be parked in the driveway / on street.
-- The pet fee must be paid prior to your stay. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Please pick up all pet wastes from the yard and dispose.
-- Parties of any kind are not permitted at the house.
-- Turn AC to 78 degrees and lock the doors when you leave the home.
Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of all funds.

This was a great place for us and our teenagers. The home was exactly as pictured and the pool was the highlight of the trip. I was worried about the negative reviews before we went, but after staying there, I have no idea what other reviewers were complaining about. The pool, hot tub, and yard were always clean and fun to use. There were even pool toys! The property is centrally located to groceries and shopping, and although the neighborhood is clearly in transition to a higher economic strata (like this property), the neighbors were friendly and we never felt unsafe. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I loved staying at this house. It was perfect for our needs. The pool and hot tub was very nice and the house was clean. The beds were comfortable. Location was not too far from beautiful beaches but tucked into a quiet neighborhood. The salt shack is nearby and has great seafood. Owners were great and check in and out was easy. I would recommend this place.

The house was as pictured for the most part however when we arrived and walked around the property the first thing we noticed was a pile of garbage (broken chairs, broken signs, etc) in the backyard and that the fire pit was missing. I love fire pits so that was a feature I planned on using. When I messaged the host he didn't address the pile of garbage but said he was going to send someone to bring a new fire pit. The next day when we were getting to take advantage of the nice weather and use the pool a strange man showed up and said that he was there to "remove a stump". We immediately thought that he was at the wrong address. Why would a host schedule workers to be onsite while someone was renting? After the worker confirmed with the host - he proceeded to the backyard, using a very loud machine to remove the tree stump. This was completely unacceptable. Not only was this not communicated to us but it impeded on our planned alone time in the house. In addition to this - we were two women in the house in our bathing suits, our husbands had just conveniently left. If we knew someone was coming on site we could've made other plans. When I messaged the host to express how disappointed we were and asked to be reimbursed for the day, he didn't even offer a sincere apology. He instead stated that they often have workers come to the homes while guest are there. That is not a practice I've experienced at other rentals and if I knew that random people would show up at the house while we were there I wouldn't have been comfortable with renting the space. In addition to this we recieved a new fire pit with no chairs to sit around it, there was an infestation of ants in the kitchen that got into our unopened snacks therefore we had to throw it all away, and only one side of the bathroom faucet worked - the cold side only released a small stream of water. Overall the place was okay but the lack of comunication and respect for our privacy was not acceptable.
