Come stay in the single story open concept beach condo has an open floor plan with sleek wooden floors and a ocean themed design. The light-filled living room with opens to the fully stocked kitchen with beautiful counter tops and a wooden dining shelve.
Beautiful and private patio with multiple giant sized games such as Jenga, Ping Pong, Connect 4 and Foosball. The Patio also include a large BBQ for grilling, outdoor furniture all sorrounding a cozy vibe with a fire pit to keep you warm or make s’mores!
Full Stocked kitchen with pots, pans, bake wear, appliances and eating and cooking utensils. We have kitchen basics provides such as spices and cooking oil. We have a Keurig Coffee machine and provide a starter pack of Keurig coffee pods.

Great place to be - steps from the beach. Walking distance to restaurants, groceries and more. Two cruiser bikes for fun around town and on the path. And a soothing hot tub. Victor was super responsive- we had a great stay.

Beach bungalow is steps from the beach. Beach colors in remodeled bathroom & kitchen. Backyard is lots of fun with games, fire pit, jacuzzi, ping pong. Victor house manager is attentive, responsive & helpful. Easy check in and nice to have parking in garage and in front of garage. Lovely place to stay!

I was drawn to this property because the backyard entertainment and washer and dryer availability. Upon check in we found the washer and dryer were a single unit, taking 4-5 hrs for a single small load. We had already been on the road a week so being able to clean our clothes was necessary. The intensive welcome packet with cleaning requirements makes you wonder why you’re paying a cleaning fee up front when threatened to be charged extra for it being left in less than perfect shape. Also confusing how we could leave clean dishes with a disgusting, ratty sponge as the means to do so. The home was pretty clean, oddly with an air wick plugged in every single room (2 in the living room) and stand alone ones in a couple, which was way overkill to the senses. The backyard entertainment was very appealing when we booked but seeing as the rules were adamant about recovering of toys every night and a camera out there watching made it less so relaxing and more of a chore. The hot tub wasn’t set to be cleaned until halfway through our stay then it took several hours to return to heat and even then, a yellow scum and pile of powder cleaning material remained, making it unwelcoming. Again, the camera watching the backyard didn’t encourage relaxing either. The owner was very prompt with communication and pleasant, but could probably handle relaxing on the rules a bit so people can enjoy their stay and not be so anxious to be slapped with charges after check out. Also, very close proximity to a bar should be noted. Our rental neighbors seemed to enjoy it and returned to the duplex being very rowdy after “quiet hours” set by owner.
