Stunning Ocean View 3-Bedroom + Den Home in Ventura Beach
This beautiful property is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy the serene beauty of Ventura Beach. With breathtaking ocean views from almost every room, this beach house offers a perfect escape. The den, featuring privacy pocket doors and a queen sleeper sofa, offers an especially stunning vantage point of the coastline.
Located less than a mile from the beach, it’s a quick walk or drive to enjoy the sand and surf. Plus, our home is close to all the activities Ventura has to offer. Or, if you prefer, you can simply unwind on the large patio, soaking in the unobstructed ocean views and peaceful surroundings. The home front door entry has a ramp which allows easy access for a wheelchair, stroller, wheeled luggage & wagon full of toys from the beach. You can also access the den bedroom featuring a queen sleeper sofa which is off the dining room that allows for wide access for a wheelchair/stroller. Permit 2524

I was very happy with rental and we were able to host my entire family traveling from out of town. The place was clean and spacious with an excellent kitchen and plenty of beds.

Amazing stay with two families of 3, easy access to home, great views, lots of towels, games, kitchen supplies. Noise from highway and train became white noise after a while. Parking on street has some limitations, can be tricky but not impossible just a little more of a walk sometimes to open spot. Great host communication.Great easy access to Ventura Harbor by car and source of great restaurants, ferry to channel islands and national park visitor center.

What a wonderful house for a family. Beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding area. Well equipped kitchen, large family room and large outside deck. Close to everything. Great communication with Kristen. Thank you for sharing your house.
