About this house rental

The view in the morning with the sunrise says it all. Sit on the lanai with your favorite morning beverage and enjoy the sunrise. This 3 bedroom home plus den is perfect one or two families looking to relax and enjoy time together in the Florida Sun. Our home is on wide canal that is just a boat ride to the Gulf. It's in a quiet neighborhood with bike and walking paths while being close to restaurants and grocery stores and fun activities.
Enjoy live music at the Cape Harbor Marina on Friday nights.
This home is well furnished and remodeled kitchen. New pool heater so you can enjoy your pool time without chilly water.

The house was very spacious and well stocked. We enjoyed the heated pool and views of the canals. We would return here for sure.
