M & M - boutique apartments

Overall, our stay was good and the apartment had almost everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, and coffee and plenty of toilet paper were provided. We really appreciated the shutters, as they made it possible to completely darken the room. There was also a table outside. The area immediately around the apartment itself was good and we did not have any issues there. The host was very helpful after we unfortunately had our car broken into during our stay. They helped us choose safer parking options and recommended safer beaches and areas to visit, which we really appreciated.

Regarding cleanliness, there is definitely some room for improvement. The kitchen towel was very dirty, apparently left that way by previous guests. We also found hairs on the bed linen, and there was some mold in the shower area. During our one-week stay, our towels were not changed at all. For two people, we had four towels in total: two large and two small ones. The jacuzzi is shared between all the apartments rather than being private, and we were not sure how often the water was changed or maintained. There are only two parking spaces, and you need to contact the host in advance to reserve one. The spaces are suitable mainly for small cars. We arrived with a sedan, and our car did not fit. It would also have been useful to have a table inside the apartment, not only outside. The toilet paper provided was quite thin. Although the area around the apartment itself was fine, I would recommend being careful in some neighboring areas of central Athens, especially if you are traveling by car. During our stay, our car was broken into in another area and several important belongings were stolen. This was not related to the accommodation itself, but it is useful to know if you plan to drive around Athens.

Comfortable room, black out curtains, clean and good location.

One appeal of the property was the self catering facilities, however equipment provided to make use of these was minimal.

Convenient and easy to access, everything is new and well organized.

I think if they add a washing machine will be awesome !

Very well located! Close enough to all the activities but not in the middle of the caos! Well equipped and neat!

They say there’s parking available! In fact there is on the street. It was reasonably easy to find it during one week but couples days we got lucky if not we would to drive around to search for it longer.
