Comfortable (home from home) and very convenient.

Location and facilities are superb. Everything you need.

It was freezing in the apartment when I arrived. It did warm up quickly though which was good. There was an issue with the tv not connecting properly with Netflix. The staff helped guide me to get it working and I was able to watch tv the first 2 days, but the third day the same issue happened again and I decided against trying it again.

A good place if you're considered staying in Reading! Good location, perfect apartment!

The location of the apartment was superb. Heart of the city with 2 mins walk to supermarket like M&S and Sainsbury. The area around are full of restaurants and pubs making it very lively but not chaotic. The building are also surrounded by other apartments buildings and hotel. The apartment itself is pretty spacious with fully equipped kitchen. Overall, I was happy with my stay!

The cleanliness could be improved a little. Overall was okay like the bedding and toilet and bathroom. however, the floor was quite dusty. Oh and if you're traveling with big luggages like me going upstairs is quite an exercise since there's no lift.

Will be my No.1 option coming back Reading next time

1) The accommodation is loyal to what being posted on the website; 2) Washer&Dryer 2-in-1, and a premium kitchen; 3) Located right at the heart of the City of Reading; 4) 5 mins of walk to train station; 5) Bus stop and Tesco Express is just around the corner; 6) The neighborhood is packed with shopping malls, restaurants and groceries, but surprisingly quiet when we stay inside the accommodation.

1) Curtain hanger in the bedroom looses quite a lot; 2) No curtain for windows facing the living room; 3) Bed is too soft to support the body; 4) Only two small bottles of shampoo provided for 4 nights of living. But, those are minor things which does not really affect the joy of living.

Good apartment but oversight over cleanliness

The apartment is very pretty, in an extremely central part of the city. The staff was always very helpful anytime I called them

The level of cleanliness was a bit disappointing. Overall, the apartment looked clean, but when going into details, the floor, the kitchen cupboards, the bathroom sink and the dishwasher were not cleaned. Additionally, the dishwasher was broken ( there was stagnant water and foul smell), various kitchen utensils were not cleaned properly and there was hair on the bathroom floor. Upon reaching out to the agency, I was told that someone would have called me, but I've never received any call.

For our needs it was perfect…personal needs..

No tea towel in kitchen..No wardrobe, partner had to put clothes on the floor… Bed sheets were too small for the bed…no hot water in the bathroom sink…
