The view, the elevator, the cleanliness, the location, and especially the helpfulness, warmth and kindness of the host, Martha.
Even with the elevator there are still stairs. We liked the exercise and it contributed to a beautiful view. But when first arriving with luggage be prepared for a little effort (or Martha can arrange a porter).

Host is the nicest!!
Lots of stairs, no door to the shower (it’s open and see through from the living room area)

Rien !
