we love that it was walking distance to the beach
We were not able to use the balcony due to construction, one of the reasons why we chose this one was because of the balcony, real bummer.

easy access to the beach.
there was a lot of maintenance work going on. our balcony was blocked so we could not use it at all and they were grinding concrete in the stairway right outside our door, the noise was deafening.
we should have been informed prior to booking not after we paid in full and non refundable.
otherwise it was a nice place.
