Ottima posizione direttamente sulla piazza principale di Porto Recanati e a 150 m dal mare e a 500 m dai supermercati.
Appartamento ben arredato e strutturato. Rinnovato di recente. Ascensore che portava al box interno al palazzo; box non grandissimo, ma molto funzionale. Nella zona ci sono pochi parcheggi (zona ZTL di Porto Recanati) quindi vale la pena approfittare del box privato. Ottimo impianto di climatizzazione. Balcone non grandissimo, ma sufficiente per un tavolino da 4 persone (disponibile) e/o stendibiancheria (anch'esso disponibile). Bagno non finestrato, ma ottima areazione e doccia walk in. Disponibile aspirapolvere. Ottima cucina con forno tradizionale.
Non presente una macchina del caffè tipo Nespresso, ma nella piazza adiacente ci sono diversi bar che fanno anche servizio di asporto.

It a new apartment in the central of Porto Recanati. New kitchen, new equipment, modern style and good location. there is real close to the beaches and Restaurants. Everything for good vacation is here. Parking is optional (it is possible to rent the parking place on -1 stage or leave a car on the central parking, 10-12 min walking). I definitely recommend (we stayed here as a family 2 adults and 2 children)
It was a loud crowd (it is ok, if close all windows)
