Appartamento al primo piano, ampio, comodo, interni nuovissimi e dotato di ogni comfort. Situato nella zona clou di Porto Recanati, si affaccia sulla piazza principale in cui si concentrano gli eventi serali cittadini, musica e spettacoli.
La proprietaria ci ha fatto trovare dei graditi omaggi culinari, tipici del posto.
Nei paraggi decine di locali presso cui consumare (anche piadineria, pizzeria e kepab, gelaterie bio), due piccole librerie, negozi di abbigliamento e scarpe, erboristerie, farmacie, profumerie, gioiellerie ed insolitamente diversi sportelli bancomat. Il corso su cui si affaccia il balcone dell'appartamento, la sera diventa pedonale ed è bellissimo passeggiare in tranquillità. Spiaggia di sassi a poche centinaia di metri, mare pulito e trasparente. Siamo stati al Lido Floridita ed il sig. Mirco ci ha deliziati con diverse specialità marinare, consigliatissimo!!!
Porto Recanati è una piccola bomboniera di mare, luogo che merita.
Non c'era posto auto, ma me eravamo consapevoli. Ad ogni modo la proprietaria ha occupato un posto con la propria auto proprio davanti al portone, che ci ha gentilmente ceduto al nostro arrivo. Supermercati a circa 800 metri a piedi.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. Modern finishes. It was really well appointed - with everything you need. A few basics were provided such as oil, salt, sugar etc as well as cleaning supplies and dish wash and laundry detergent. Its a "home away from home". There was lots of cupboard space, hangers and storage space in the apartment. There are also clothes racks to hang laundry etc. The apartment was very well located - one road back from the beach and promenade. Basically 50m away from the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby and lots of shops too. Vibrant area. Friendly reception upon arrival - with some regional foods etc provided. There is an agreement with a nearby beach for sunbeds/umbrella. They also serve very nice food. Bathroom towels are provided, but remember to bring your own beach towels.
Please note that parking in the area can be challenging.

plein centre et à 2 pas de la mer, tout ce qu'il faut à portée de main.
tout était super,
cependant la place est très animée et le glacier en face très bruiant, mais c'est seulement côté rue. la terrasse et la chambre donne sur une cour intérieure calme.
Notre appartement était au dernier étage, belle vue, attention il y a encore quelques marches en sortant de l'ascenseur.
Pas de machine à laver dans l'appartement qu'on a loué, mais nous avons pu utiliser une dans l'immeuble
