Lovely location and great value!
The location was great, the house was lovely - great decor, decent size, comfortable, lovely outdoor space, allocated parking space. Beds were very comfy!
A little bit basic in terms of kitchen equipment, could've done with simple expectations like a bottle opener, corkscrew, peeler, a bottle of washing up liquid that wasn't almost empty. It was fine for us, we worked around this, as luckily we had just been camping prior to our stay and had our own equipment with us, however, I feel like these basics should be available as standard. Also, bedroom storage - there isn't any at all in the double room, and only a small clothes rail with a few hangers in the bunk bed room. I feel like as stylish as the decor is, an additional clothes rail would've been appreciated in the double room.

Friendly and helpful host who responded promptly to our feedback on arrival. Pleasant location and quiet surroundings. Very good standard of cleanliness and attractive furnishings.

Convenient location for what I needed.
It’s desperately in need of a refresh. Even what limited cooking equipments were on offer included a broken frying pan handle, a broken saucepan lid. The kettle is unusable given the limescale and the lack of a filter to stop it coming out of the kettle when you pour it. The cutlery looks as if it’s from a prison canteen. Most of the walls/doorframes could do with a wash/wipe down. Running a hoover over the floor might tidy a space but that’s not the same as being clean. Perhaps I’m just not used to this type of accomodation but I wouldn’t use again.

Outstanding Stay as part of a business trip
The property is a in a quite residential area. The host was excellent in providing check in details. A huge bonus for me personally was the availability of parking space as the property has it's own drive with space for 2 cars. The property was well appointed very clean and head everything I needed. The back garden with patio area was a great feature to the property. Certainly one of my favorite properties in all the properties I stayed in for all the business trips I had undertaken in Dorset in the months of March and April and I wish I had discovered it sooner. Everything was in working order and I experienced no issues. I met the host personally as the property was not available for the following week and the host was very kind to pick me up from the property to show me another property that was available and consequently stayed as this other property the following week.

Stylish house in a great location but cold shower
The house itself is very stylish, warm and comfortable . We stayed as a family of 4 and our kids loved the bunk beds. Great location to walking into the town and also for exploring the Jurassic coast. Negatives: The shower/ bath would only get lukewarm which was disappointing, and no hairdryer ( which was mentioned as having one in facilities) A bottle opener in the kitchen would be useful.
