Felt clean, modern and spacious. Quiet location close to Blandford and not far from many sights, beaches and activities. Great little garden with patio for eating al fresco and sunken seating area. Funky light fittings, decor and design details. Comfy beds and handy downstairs toilet. Well fitted kitchen and bathroom. Parking space right outside. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer!

A few small things - there was no washing up liquid or coat hooks downstairs. A chest of drawers in bedrooms would have been helpful. Perhaps a folding table and chairs would have been useful, although the breakfast bar was good.

Location of the property made it easy to get around the area, everything was in walking distance. Having travelled up for a family event, this location made getting to the venue so much easier compared to staying in a chain hotel a few miles out of town. Had it not been for some family help I wouldn't have found this place. Saving a couple pounds in the process made for a stress free stay. Presentation on arrival was excellent, everything we needed to make our stay more enjoyable. Garden size was ample for us to sit out and enjoy the good weather that we had. With the property itself being away from the one way system there was no disturbance and parking was ample. If I find myself heading into Dorset and Blandford Forum again I would definitely head for a stay here again. The host(s) made gaining access straightforward and easy.

Fantastic house perfect for our family and a 5 min walk to town, the house is in a lovely quiet area, with parking right out side the house, would recommend and would definitely come back, i even work out bus times and took my grandchildren to poole (30 min) as they always go in cars this made it more of a day out they loved it thank you.

Convenient location for what I needed.

It’s desperately in need of a refresh. Even what limited cooking equipments were on offer included a broken frying pan handle, a broken saucepan lid. The kettle is unusable given the limescale and the lack of a filter to stop it coming out of the kettle when you pour it. The cutlery looks as if it’s from a prison canteen. Most of the walls/doorframes could do with a wash/wipe down. Running a hoover over the floor might tidy a space but that’s not the same as being clean. Perhaps I’m just not used to this type of accomodation but I wouldn’t use again.
