If you want a decent place, this one is it. Not expensive, clean, can cook in the kitchen, and close to taking the bus. Most tourist areas outside of St Julian's took about 30 minutes by bus. A lot of traffic, so the buses can only move so fast.
Comfortable beds, internet connected easily and worked well, communication with the owner via WhatsApp was fast and timely, check-in and check-out instructions were easy.
Kitchen facilities were clean, great and had everything (stove, oven, fridge and freezer, kettle, cooking utensils , pots, pans, frying pans, cutlery, dish detergent, towels, water, sink, dish drying rack).....
Common area to sit and a dining room table to eat at.
Private bathroom directly outside of our room which was clean. The shower worked well, and lots of hot water.
More comments than things that I did not like.
Not beachfront as advertised. The closest beach to walk to is 7 minutes away. Our view from our room was the roof of the next building. This was a room without a view, and there definitely was no view of the water.
No safety deposit box,
No coffee maker but instant coffee was provided There was a kettle and tea bags were provided.
THIS IS NOT A QUIET AREA. You can hear voices of people talking loudly outside on the sidewalk, and cars driving/zooming by. And our room was on the second floor.

The owner is very responsive. Whenever we contacted him be it before the stay or during that he answered immediately and solved all the issues
The bedding, we asked to renew it and the next day he changed
