Персонал приятный, стараются и помогут решить проблемы. Холодильник и кондиционер новые, шторы новые, номер покрашен, завтрак разнообразный, кофе вкусный, постельное белье чистое. Расположение отличное. Шампуни и тапочки были в начичии.

В ванной воняет из канализации, душ не отделён шторкой, вода по всей ванной, вытяжка шумная и старая, мебель не новая (принесли из другого отеля), кровать скрипит. Немного шумно (из-за продолжающейся стройки неподалёку)

Great value for money in the centre of Saranda. The hotel had just opened and I didn’t notice any of those opening teethings problems. The staff, especially Adisa were super attentive and helpful. The manager even gave me a lift to Ksamil where I stayed a few hours at their sister restaurant and very chilled beach! Breakfast was also a welcome suprise made by their lovely chef with local delights and a hearty omelette. I asked for a late check out and as with everything, it wasn’t a problem. I was treated like family and would definitely come stay again!! Thank you all!!

Simple, varier dun jour a l'autre mais toujours la même base. Malheureusement pas de boisson chaude au buffet mais sur demande un café vous sera apporté. Bon emplacement, pret du port et a l'écart de la foule.

Pas de café au buffet.
