Great place, plenty of room for all 12 of us. Only issue was the air conditioning not turning on. But the host was attentive and we finally got it on through messaging with him. Perfect layout, three bedrooms on the top level and all of the bunkbeds on the bottom level with the kitchen living room area in the middle

Great location, with ample amounts of beds and space for our group. We were doing educational tours and events through the 2 days, and really only slept at house. Never cooked food there, just rested and did some laundry.

Blake was very pleasant to work with and the house was very nice at first glance but once you got a good look, house was not very clean. Floors were dirty, shower curtain liner was moldy, bathrooms need a good cleaning and many repairs need to be made around the house.
