Perfect for families or groups, enjoy modern interiors, generous living spaces, and a relaxing atmosphere. Whether you're here to unwind or explore, The Lux offers the perfect blend of luxury and convenience.
The Space:
Enjoy a spacious and thoughtfully designed home featuring elevated finishes and modern touches throughout. With a convenient two-car garage, you’ll have secure and hassle-free parking during your stay. Inside, the home offers comfortable living areas perfect for relaxing, gathering, and making lasting memories with your group.
Enjoy inviting outdoor seating and a dedicated dining area—ideal for morning coffee, casual meals, or evening conversations. Each unit is beautifully styled to provide both comfort and a touch of luxury.
One of the highlights of the property is the oversized rooftop decks, complete with a cozy firepit. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy the fresh air, and spend quality time with friends and family.
Ideally located just minutes from Broadway and Germantown, you’ll be close to some of the best dining, nightlife, and local attractions, while still enjoying a peaceful and stylish retreat to come home to.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
