The living areas in this single-storey annexe consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, Smart TV, DVD player and radio. The bedroom consists of a king-size with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with decking, furniture, loungers, and a hot tub, and a shared driveway with the owners. You'll find a shop in 0.2 miles, a pub in 1.4 miles, and the beach in 1.7 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. This is a smoke-free property. Enjoy a romantic break in Devon at the Little Honeynook. Note: There are steps up to the property. Note: An EV charging port can be requested for an extra charge. Note: There is a sofa bed available in the sitting room for an extra charge. The hot tub is available for a supplement of £8 per day (contact local office to arrange).
