Island View offers wonderful first floor accommodation within this breathtaking coastal home. With far reaching views towards Bigbury Bay and the iconic Burgh Island, the apartment overlooks the River Aune in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The perfect bolthole for a long weekend.

The village of Bantham has a lovely pub, 'The Sloop Inn', there is a village shop and cafe, and a short 5 minute walk to the beach which is renowned for great surfing and water sports.
Balcony
Spacious accommodation including a generous sized double bedroom and a modern en-suite shower room. A lounge with a double sofa bed and a well equipped kitchen. Modern, fresh and clean lines dominate this light and airy space. There is also sole use of the spacious balcony to relax and enjoy the fabulous views.
There are spectacular coastal walks to explore in the area.
The closest railway station is Totnes, approx 15 miles away.

Although the property does have parking space for one car, if you do bring more than one car there is additional parking available in the Bantham Estate car park (please visit the Bantham Estate website for full parking cost details).
Between 1st October and 30th April there is also on street parking available but please do also check for any on street parking info signage that may be displayed in case of any temporary restrictions.
