Beautiful 7 bedrooms for 16 in Poipu Kai is located only 250 yards to Brenneckes Beach and 350 yards to Poipu and Shipwreck Beach! Paved walkway from your door to the beaches! Only a 1-7 min walk to many excellent restaurants, and the famous Grand Hyatt! Comes with Poipu Athletic Club membership (another pool and workout facilities located off-site). 3 kings, 2 queens, 4 twins. Also, there is 5.5 bathrooms! This listing is 2 villas just steps apart! So you would get 2 full kitchens, etc... Best location in the area! Pool, hot tub, tennis center, and barbeque area onsite! Best beach for kids and family! Surfing, swimming, boogieboarding, hiking, spas, fine dining, and relaxing breezes. This is the place to be if you want to escape the crowds of Oahu and Maui! Poipu Kai is wonderful to walk around. To explore the remainder of the island, you'll want a rental car.

The property was well appointed and spacious. The location was great. There was one significant problem, which never was resolved. The loft bedroom in one of the units had an HVAC fan with a loud squeal. We notified the property manager who brought by a maintenance worker who said Parts were ordered, but it would not be repaired during our stay. This rendered the entire loft bedroom unusable and two of our children had to sleep on the floor of another bedroom. I asked for a reasonable adjustment to the $16,000 we paid for the units and I’ve had no resolution as of the time of this review three weeks following our stay.
