• Stairs – The home is built on a bluff, meaning you’ll need to walk up stairs to access it, and there are two staircases inside.
• Bedroom Layout – All bedrooms have queen beds. The second and third bedrooms are separated by a half-wall, making them semi-private.
• Bathroom Setup – Two full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower, the other with a jacuzzi tub (no shower). A half-bath is located on the main level.
• The balcony on the top floor of the home facing the street is not for use as it is covered in a roofing material that is not suitable for walking on. Not to worry, you still have two other decks and the patio!

Our Mother’s Day weekend, three generations! This house and its historic charm did not disappoint. Was well appointed, and easy check-in.This historic house is three stories with the living space on the first floor, and a powder bathroom.The second floor has the primary suite, and a breathtaking bathroom! This bathroom is the only shower. Interestingly, there is also a living area with games and puzzles, a TV and a couch. The third floor is an open loft with a queen bed on either side it does have some separation it also has such a cute reading nook with a comfy chair and an amazing view. The bathroom on this floor is shared and had a tub. We spent so much time on the veranda, the company and the views could not be beat.

Beautiful home with beautiful antiques. Easy walk to everything and amazing kitchen. Perfect location to watch a parade. We enjoyed lots of porch time. Bathing is amazing- all bathrooms are well appointed. There is technically 1 bedroom & then a large shared loft with 2 beds.

Well stocked and clean. Lots of space, great location, comfortable furniture and beds. Be aware that there are steep stairs and low toilets if you are older.

We get away to Eureka Springs at least once or twice a year and have stayed in many lovely rental properties. This one was by far the best we have stayed in yet. It is nicely renovated and updated in the areas that matter (like the kitchen and baths), but they have kept many of the original features (like woodwork and stained glass) that make this home feel like a piece of Eureka history. It is a large home, it is very clean and well cared for, and it has everything you could possibly need to be comfortable. The location is also amazing. It is right across from the Palace Hotel and Bath House and just a tiny bit up the street from where the shops start on Spring Street. We had an amazing experience across the street (highly recommend the steam, mineral bath, and massage services) and we also learned about how the house's history is tied to the Palace Hotel and Bath House - such a unique experience.
