Appartement exceptionnel avec parking Centre-ville Aix-en-Provence

It was very central and spacious with good modern facilities and air conditioning .

It was a little dark but there were many windows heavily shuttered .

Great location in easy walking distance to the centre of town. The apartment was a great size and included aircon which was necessary in the summer. The bed was comfortable and we were able to use the laundry machine which was great.

Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. The only thing was a bit tricky when we left, we needed the apartment keys to get out of the carpark, so we had to find a new park somewhere close to then bring the keys back, which was fine but just not very smooth.

La localisation. Le parking la nuit malgré l'étroitesse des emplacements.

Le dilettantisme de notre contact qui n'a pas pris au sérieux nos demandes (besoin d'une grande casserole en particulier) et s'est même montrée ironique . J'ajoute que les couverts sont en nombre réduit et qu'il n'y a pas de couteau à pain. Malgré le double-vitrage, on entend en bruit de fond permanent les véhicules du boulevard très fréquenté. Le parking aux emplacements plutôt étroits, n'est pas du tout privatif ; une avocate du voisinage nous a même fait remarquer le matin de notre départ , mais avec courtoisie, que notre véhicule n'avait pas le droit d'être présent. Le tarif est trop élevé au regard des prestations même si l'appartement 100% IKEA est encore en bon état.
