A very cute little house . Loved it. Everything you need and very comfortable for a couple of nights stay .location was very handy for all places 👍

Very steep drive !. Only saying this as constructive criticism. But we think it could do with a very good deep clean . Under table and doorframes and walls . But we did love the stay shame we didn't get to meet you!

Lovely little place for a weekend getaway, it has everything you need and very comfy and cozy. Great communication from the host and simple check in and check out procedures. Little sun trap for your morning coffee out on the patio. Highly recommend a stay here, we loved it so much.

We had an excellent stay overall and really enjoyed our time here. The property was lovely, comfortable and well presented, and it made a great base for our stay in Dawlish. Everything was clean, and the accommodation had a welcoming feel. We were very happy with the stay overall and would recommend it to others.

The only issues were quite minor. The curtains were very thin and let in a lot of light, which made the room brighter than we would have liked early in the morning and affected our privacy as we were wary that houses overlooking the property could see in. Also, the instructions said that turning the hot water on for 10 minutes should provide enough hot water for a 10-minute shower, but in our experience this was not the case. We turned the hot water on for 20 minutes, and the water only stayed hot for a few minutes.

Curtains were like mosquito net sun woke us up. At 4.30 am. No room to use table to eat to small b better off with a small bistro table the bedsite cabinet was 3 blocks of wood painted white would of been nice to have.
