Butas tvarkingas, jaukus ir švarus. Idealus suaugusiųjų porai. Buvo viskas, ko reikia kokybiškam poilsiui ir buičiai. Gera vieta, pirmas aukštas, viskas pakankamai arti. Didelis pliusas - sandėliukas dviračiams pasidėti.
Maži minusai - trūko džiovyklės elektrinės kažkokios, nes pagrindinis gyvatukas nešildo, o elektrinis per mažas, teko neštis į lauką ir kabinti ant virvės skirtos skalbiniams. Pakeitus gyvatuką į didesnį problema būtų išspręsta. Kadangi butas pirmame aukšte ir arti pagrindinės gatvės, jautriai miegantiems ryte ilgai miegoti nepavyks, nes girdisi triukšmas. Storos temdančios užuolaidos miegamajame arba tamsesni roletai būtų didelis privalumas.
