Ático de lujo en primera línea 2 balcones con vistas al mar, Vera Playa

Las vistas desde el balcón. Es como un segundo piso y aunque delante hay un club, se ve el mar detrás. Buena orientación. Pasa el aire bien y no hace falta aire acondicionado. Cocina bien equipada. La piscina comunitaria es de césped y tiene bastantes sombras.

Había que subir escaleras. Falta una puerta de la mampara de baño. El grifo del lavabo está un poco viejo: desgastado y está duro para abrir/cerrar.

The owner met us at a prearranged time to hand over the keys and personally show us around the property. Additionally she provided some very helpful information on the locale. We are ‘foodies’ and she recommended an excellent restaurant (which was one of the best we’ve eaten in this year). The property was immaculate, the towels provided are better quality than most of the 5 star hotels we use. Large fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher oven, kettle, toaster…….the list is endless. The property has two terraces, which have very comfortable seating and sun loungers. The rear terrace (south facing) has retractable sun blinds to allow you to still enjoy the outdoor living without needing to retreat when the sun is at its hottest. The property has air conditioning which was ice cold (properly maintained) and provided a welcome relief when needed. The property is situated in a secure gated community, accessed by a key fob (owner provides you with this and instructions upon arrival). Parking is in a designated space just metres away from your home. There is a good sized pool available to use, beach towels provided, deck chairs and body board to enhance your beach experience. The sandy beach is literally metres away from your door and extends for miles. It is very clean, lifeguards in attendance and appeared very safe for swimming and visiting children. In summary: This was a very well owner maintained property, ideally situated on the front line with far reaching views. The price paid (stayed September 2025) was extremely good value for money. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending this to other visitors. Indeed, should you stay anywhere else you would most certainly be doing yourself a disservice. We will 100% be returning to this home many times. Al + Mimi (Sep ‘25).

There was nothing the owners could have done that would have enhanced our stay. It was perfect in every way.

The apartment was tastefully presented and very comfortable, having everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The views from the two balconies were beautiful especially the view of the sunrise over the sea. The apartment is frontline seaview with easy access to the beach and is within reach of local restaurants and shops The owner was extremely helpful and went to great trouble to make sure our stay was memorable.

Amplia terraza con vistas al mar, en primera línea, una gozada sobre todo por la tarde cuando no es directamente el sol. Muy bien situado, al lado de la playa y muy bien equipado. La atención de Marianne muy buena, siempre pendiente

Algún detalle menor “de mantenimiento” como que la mampara de la ducha se descolgaba.
