View is breathtaking! The villa is highly quality and well maintained. Everything was well thought of and owners are really nice and welcoming

Location- an hour minimum of a drive from cities around. Can get cold- so maybe come in the summer and not mid April No dishwasher Shower/bathroom has a clear door that is see through

Perfect in every way.

What a gem of a location hidden in the majestic Appenines with an impressive view of Pietra di Bismantova. This is perfect place to get into the outdoors or to just chill and reflect. Mattieu and Simona have created a set of 3 beautiful self catering apartments, immaculately clean, finished to very high standards with quality utensils, and with high levels of attention to detail that says ‘you matter’. From the ‘get you in pack’ of food essentials to the beautiful bathroom lotions and thoughtful recycling system. The pool is set on a hill with great views and captures shade, breeze when hot and shelter when windier. There is a very well equipped gym and the patio has a quality Weber BBQ and pull down shades if needed. Such a friendly and personable couple who made our stay very comfortable and a place we shall certainly return to and which we highly recommend.

Our group (4 friends) had the most incredible stay at this Italian villa! The combination of the serene pool and the breathtaking view made it the perfect spot for relaxation. The villa itself was charming with an incredible outdoor terrace and barbecue, as well as a front veranda. The amenities were top-notch, and the spacious rooms provided the utmost comfort. The hosts were a kind couple, friendly and attentive, ensuring every need was met. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Italy. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating retreat!

contact with the owner : very nice, available, welcoming, ... a lot of explainations, advice and recommandation for restaurants, shops, activities, ... Calmliness of the surrondings The location was beautiful, inside and out. Very clean, great prestations and equipments : bbq, bathroom and kitchen well equiped. The pool and the gym were great. The view incredible... We will be back very soon with family !

Widoki, cisza i spokój, basen, siłownia, powitalny poczęstunek, świetne wyposażenie kuchni, dostęp do netflixa, bardzo miło gospodarze służący pomocą

Czasami pojawiał się nieprzyjemny zapach z łazienki. Poza tym brak wad.

Prachtig uitzicht, echt genieten! Met zorg en smaak ingericht. Mooie, comfortabele tuinset. Van alle gemakken voorzien, met bijvoorbeeld Nespresso apparaat en broodrooster. Zwembad ook met mooi uitzicht. Comfortabele bedden. Aardige gastheer en gastvrouw. Ik ga de ochtend met een kop koffie en het prachtige uitzicht missen.....

De badkamer is netjes, maar aan de krappe kant. Maar goed, daar ben je op een dag niet zo lang....😉

Fantastisch

Zeer verzorgd en schoon appartement, met veel smaak ingericht, gelegen op een prachtige locatie. Het is even rijden vanaf de ‘bewoonde’ wereld maar dat is het waard. Inventaris in de keuken meer dan op orde, dit zie je vaak anders in vakantie appartementen. Fijne barbecue op gas beschikbaar. Beddengoed schoon en fris, badkamers proper. Heerlijke veranda met fijne tafel en stoelen, zeer comfortabel met ook hier weer een mooi uitzicht. Fijn zwembad met prachtig uitzicht, handdoeken hiervoor worden ook verstrekt.

De bedden zijn aan de harde kant, persoonlijk vinden wij wat zachter prettiger. Maar dat is persoonlijk. Ons appartement had twee badkamers waarvan er 1 wat klein en gedateerd was, deze zou wel aangepakt mogen worden.
