The location is good - very quiet and a nice shop close by. The beds were comfy. Was well-equipped. Had everything we needed and would be really convenient for anyone working in canary wharf Generally very clean but some of the glasses and cutlery etc were marked so I washed everything before I used to be safe - could do with a dishwasher
It was very cold. A window had been left ajar and no heating on. Managed to turn to heat on but only for 30 mins a time so first night needed several blankets and layers.

They are very strict 11:00am check out but they are check in is 16:00 . They didn’t consider for 1 hours with my family. They are so rude about check out. I was requesting for 1 hour consider for family and kids. I text them 2 days ago for 1 hour extension. Look they are kicked me out and they telling me if I am check out on time they will charged £200 pounds. That is so sad.
