Beachfront Kalim Beach Villa

Absolutely stunning property, right on the beach, really quiet even though it is on the main road. The housekeeping staff were fabulous - so friendly and kind. The pool was immaculate and sunsets were epic. We loved the ambiance of the villa, and if you're intending to travel in a big group, this is the villa for you!

Management of the booking process needs work 1. I secured the booking with Amex as the profile indicated they accepted Amex, but when they tried to charge my card for the booking they advised they didn't accept American Express. I had already transferred all my funds onto my Amex and was then asked to transfer the funds to another card which cost me hundreds of dollars. 2. They required a $1500AUD bond upon check in as a security deposit - nowhere was this mentioned on the booking. 3. If you wanted to make use of the 'additional services' like in villa breakfast, they required an additional $1500 AUD bond for that too. Essentially required another $3000 in deposit fees - nowhere was this mentioned at the time of booking... 4. When making the booking, I advised the staff that I would hold a lunch at the villa for my birthday and requested the assistance of the villa chef. I was advised to seek alternative catering because our group was larger than 10 and the chef wouldn't be able to cater for our number. I did as advised, but when the caterer arrived at the villa I received a message from the Host questioning the arrival of external caterer and requiring all the information about our gathering? It felt intrusive and also confusing as the arrangement was previously discussed. Overall - the villa is beautiful, I would stay again. I just think that the management was very strange and could be improved.

Beautiful property with amazing views, beach access and the best customer service ever. In home meal service that we ordered was outstanding. The food was delicious. Worth the extra money we paid. House was kept very clean, beds made daily, pool area hosed down, and they even sprayed the sand out of our water shoes and put them in the sun to dry. It was the best vacation our group/family of 10 have ever had!!!

One of the best places I ever stayed The villa is massive and once you get there you realise that is much better live than from the picture Adam very good man The ladys working there are wonderful and the one that is on the group chat very quickly reply for everything we need it A big thanks and I hope to see you again

המקום מהמם, לא חדש אבל מלא ספייס.. הכל נקי ומסודר. כל שאלה או בקשה - נענו ישר על ידי הצוות (כן, יש צוות יומי). ממש עשו מעל ומעבר לציפיות!! לך בכל קומה צופים לים, והנוף - וואהו!! ממש חלומי!! החיסרון היחיד שזה ממש צמוד לכביש ראשי, שממנו ההליכה לכיוון הטיילת - קצרה, אבל לא הכי סימפטית (אין מדרכה נורמלית בכל הקטע).
