We had two cars and two trailer-ed boats with us for this stay, this property had amble parking for both. Another great feature is it has three bedrooms AND three bathrooms, which made our stay that much more enjoyable. The only minor downside is it's a bit further away from our typical Havasu destinations. That said, no problem, All Good!

I’ve rented this 4 years in a row. Great for. Side by side riding ( this year 1/2 garage is full of a boat) would have been nice to get information about it. We made do but only able to use 50% of garage

Was accurate and clean. Walked in to a water leak and notified the agency who was very quick to respond and fix the problem

No top sheet on the bed, just mattress sheet and bed spread. Closet in master bedroom is locked so you can’t be used. no iron, batteries were dead in both tv remotes. Only two steak knives. Both the outside garbage can and recycle can were totally full when we arrived. Only two of us so we got by. House was clean and the grill worked great. Nice neighborhood.
