Beautiful 3 bed 2 bath single home, minutes from the lake, ready for you to relax and make great memories. As you arrive you will notice the large RV/Boat garage parking. The home is located on the south side of Lake Havasu close to markets and the Downtown Havasu area where there are great restaurants. We welcome your fur family upon approval with an additional pet fee.

We stayed at this propery for 4 months as snowbirds. House is well equipped, comfortable furnishings and the neighborhood can't be beat. We enjoyed it so much we plan to come back and stay 6 months next time.

Super clean and rv storage was perfect to keep the boat out of the sun and heat. Lots of games for my 5 and 7 year old. Would book again
