This unit is on the 2nd floor of Building E and the property has no elevators.
The Royal Coconut Coast Kauai Beach Villas are perfectly situated for you to enjoy short drives to all that Kaua'i has to offer. Just a short 5 minute drive from the airport brings you to a beautiful tree tunneled entrance to the resort and ocean. At 810 square feet, the condo has been completely remodeled in calming tones of grey and white. Open and light with grey porcelain tile; Italian marble Silestone countertops; white kitchen appliances; a washer and dryer; air conditioning in both the main area and bedroom; and two large wall mounted TV's. Beautiful local artwork and large floor to ceiling windows in the living area give you views of the resort fountains, palm trees and the ocean. Watch the sun rise from the comfort of your California sized King bed instead!
Within 5 minutes of the our resort is the Wailua River, Fern Grotto, Wailua Falls (*think opening credits of Fantasy Island*), Opaeka'a Falls, Lydgate State Beach Park (with a fantastic playground and rocked in beach area for littles) and the Kapa'a Bike path - 7 miles of gorgeous shoreline you can walk or cycle up. Nearly next door to the condo is the Wailua County Golf course - situated right on the coast. Our central location on the island also puts you midway between Hanalei/Princeville in the north and Poipu/Waimea to the south. Convenient to everything!

* Early check-in must be requested in advance and is subject to availability. Unfortunately, late check-outs are not allowed.
* Unit is Privately-owned and is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law.
* Guests are subject to any future State of Hawaii tax increases.
* General Excise (GE) and Transient Accommodations (TA) taxes collected and submitted to the State of Hawaii.

Other Important Notes:
* Non-smoking in the condo, including lanai and hallways. A $500 fine + damage costs if violated. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.
* A $25 fee applies if more than 2 garbage bags are left behind. Additional cleaning or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in extra charges.
* A $200 fee will be charged for the replacement of a lost key.
* Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional night's charge.

This was a great place for our trip to Kauai. Our son and daughter-in-law were next door at the Outrigger. This allowed us to spend a lot of time doing activities together. We all had a great time.

This unit was updated with beautiful finishes throughout. Everything was spotless. The resort itself is a bit isolated and a ways from either Lihue or Kapaa, so entering the busy highway everyday was a bit challenging without a stoplight, especially at night. The grounds were well taken care of, but two of the buildings in this complex that face the ocean appeared to be condemned. Overall, we would probably stay closer to town next time even though the unit was very nice.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this villa! It was so nice to not have to stress over our accommodations with all the other activities we were doing.
It had all the amenities that we needed and was as clean as our own home. The host promptly returned any text questions we had.
We will certainly be recommending it to our friends!

Condo is very nicely decorated. All the items needed to enjoy the beach like chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear, and paddle board. next to the resort that can be used is only a 5 min quick walk.
Unfortunately housekeeping did not clean the unit very well - there was a trash bag still in the unit, the refrigerator had half eaten ice cream sandwich and other items left in the fridge.The floor has not been mopped.
When we called, they did not send anyone to clean up. No acknowledgement of the pics sent to their management. Next day they were suppose to clean the unit but the floor still looked like it had not been properly mopped.
